Why am I asking you to contribute money to a fundraiser during a pandemic? Because during this global crisis, the healthcare professionals of Home Health Foundation have redoubled their inspiring commitment to the mission of providing high-quality, compassionate care to the most vulnerable members of our community – regardless of their ability to pay.

 

Please join me in giving back by stepping up for the Heart and Sole Virtual Walk-A-Thon on Saturday, September 12. Your generous donation will benefit the exceptional home health, palliative, hospice and support care delivered wherever patients call home by the nonprofit agencies of Home Health Foundation.

 

Although the Heart and Sole Virtual Walk-A-Thon is being held virtually this year, I will be walking in spirit alongside the other caring individuals and teams as we all do our part to help patients remain safe and comfortable at home – whether recuperating from an illness or injury, receiving complex care, ensuring their independent lifestyle as they age or facing the end of their life’s journey.
